To The Max! is currently transitioning to a Media Relations focused Virtual Assistant service: The Go To Gal! (www.thegotogal.com)
We provide Virtual Executive Assistant services to musicians and other professionals in the entertainment business: from concierge to secretarial; graphic design to targeted media outreach projects. We like to think of ourselves as the entertainer's and entertainment manager's "home office" capable of handling a vast variety of needs.
The Go To Gal's mission is to utilize technology, resources and our wealth of Managerial and Executive Secreterial experience to make the luxury of the "in house" Executive Assistant "virtually" more affordable! We can work at a distance as effectively and at a fraction of what it costs to hire a part or full time Executive Assistant.
With regard to Media Outreach, we will work with you to nurture opportunities that are mutually beneficial to BOTH your organization and the media outlets that strive to inform and engage their consumers. Consider this football analogy: We are like your "special teams." You may have other resources that you depend on to score the "touchdowns" (i.e. record label and its publicity/promotion staff, concert promoter or distribution company) but we will help your organization earn the extra points it needs and help strategize your plan to make sure your message reaches its MAXimum potential. As former journalists and members of the print/broadcast media, we have been on the "other side of the fence" and know how to differentiate between hype and a legitimate message. .
